Attraction Marketers Manifesto For Network Marketing Lead Generation

By:

If you're tired of hearing "no, I'm not interested," then maybe it's time to ditch traditional network marketing recruiting methods like hanging out in malls, friends and family lists, and hotel meetings.

The alternative? Attraction marketing. Attraction marketing, or reverse marketing, gets prospects to chase YOU.

Attraction marketing burst on the scene a couple years ago and captivated a new generation of network marketers. As good as attraction marketing is, what's been missing is a manifesto that describes the principles in more detail.

What are the principles of attraction marketing?

Teaching Sells

The first principle of attraction marketing is that teaching sells. Teach your prospect something they want to learn. So if you want to grow your downline and build your network marketing business, then give away information about how to build a home business.

Once you've given the prospect information that is valuable to them, they will start to trust you. The key is that the potential prospect must value what was given away.

Become a Trusted Advisor

You need to position yourself as a trusted advisor, not a salesman hawking his wares. No sale is ever made without trust, so you must earn the prospect's trust.

Once you have started to develop that relationship of trust with your prospect, they are more likely to provide their contact information to you.
Why do you want contact information? So you can develop your "list" of pre-qualified, targeted prospects.

When you have a list, you can market to that list multiple times. There are statistics that show that it usually takes 5-7 contacts before a customer actually makes a purchase. So it's important to capture contact information and get them coming back (to your website) for more information.

When you have developed enough trust with the prospect, you will have credibility. With credibility comes recommendation power. That means when you have enough credibility with the prospect, you can make recommendations and your prospects will follow them.

This is commonplace with celebrities. And that's exactly why so many companies flock to celebrities seeking endorsements. If Tiger Woods endorses a line of golf clubs, sales skyrocket... because everyone wants to golf just like he does.

The same will be true for you once you have earned your credibility through teaching valuable information to your prospects.

Credibility Ranking and Recommendation Power

The higher your credibility ranking, the easier it is to pre-sell your prospects. So the higher your perceived credibility is, the easier it is to make money.

To generate more network marketing leads, increase your credibility ranking. How do you increase your credibility ranking? By providing more educational information.

You can't expect a high credibility ranking after publishing one article. You must continue to write and publish more content... regularly. You can publish content on your website, your blog, to article directories, or to Web 2.0 content sharing sites.

You can also increase your credibility by producing advanced types of content.

The more difficult your prospect perceives the content production process to be, the higher your credibility ranking is. If you want to increase your credibility ranking even more, create more "advanced" types of content in addition to creating more content.

So in addition to writing and publishing articles, create a video or host a webinar. Or even bundle several articles together and call them a special report.
