A sexy body is something almost every single person desires. And we get these by exercising.

If you are female though, you can't just go on any fitness sight and start doing whatever that bulky meat-head is doing. There are a lot of different ways to exercise, and for a lot of different purposes.

There are exercises to build muscles, there are exercises to lose weight, there are exercises to shrink stomachs and there are exercises to tighten the chest. Girls are going to want to focus on toning their muscles and tightening their body.

This means when you work out with weights, and you are using heavier weights, do not go to the point of burning in your muscles. This is an indication that you are ripping the fibers, which will cause muscle gain.

You simply want to exercise different muscles to tighten your body and promote caloric burn. Most ladies want to have a killer stomach.

This is going to require some unique exercises. Ladies don't want six packs, they want flat abs.

This comes about through full-body routines and core muscle training. These exercises are the ones that will burn calories and pull the stomach inward.

Some examples of these would be yoga routines, working on stabilizer balls, or planking. All of which are going to activate core muscles, this is going to make you strong all around, but at the same time it will keep you small and petite.

When trying to shrink your stomach: avoid eating large meals try eating more smaller ones, also avoid salt and monounsaturated fats, and drink lots of water throughout the day. None of these are going to do anything magical to your stomach, but each will help to burn a few more calories each day.

Be to exercise that is the most important thing, along with healthy dieting. Another thing women often want is tight chests.

For some reason you ladies don't realize that by strengthening your pectoral muscles you are actually going to create some stability and reduce that sag. I'm talking about breasts, if you want perky breasts you need to do pushups and upper body workouts.

You don't want to overdo it and build pecs rather than just create some lift. So keep your exercises lighter there is no reason you should feel compelled to keep up with a man.

That isn't even a fair competition; they have tons of testosterone, which is basically like liquid energy. Ladies have it too, but about at a 1000th of a fraction.

You don't get much of anything at fractions in the thousandths. Remember women, workout to tighten your bodies and burn calories, not to build muscles.
