Astonishing Effects Of Whole Foods

By:

For thousands of years people have been eating whole foods, and fighting for survival against disease and illness. Today you are specially blessed, because getting nutritious whole food is so easy.

The drawback is many people don't know the importance of healthy nutrition, and getting unhealthy fast foods is even easier. Fast food has one good quality and that is convenience.

Besides that there is nothing that makes it worth your while. The preservatives quickly become fat, the excito-toxins poison the body, and they have essentially now nutrients whatsoever.

So even though people in this day of age have a unique opportunity to eat healthy foods for cheaper than any other time period, they still do not value or maybe they just don't know the importance of nutrition.

The number one disease fighting food (according to web md) is blueberries. Now ask any nutritionist and they will tell you there are a lot of great qualities in these berries, but the most beneficial is the exuberant amount of anti-oxidants.

Quick lesson on nutrition: anti-oxidants go in the body and battle against free radicles (disease causing bacteria). So by getting these anti-oxidants you are actually preventing diseases such as cold, influenza and also cancer even.

Sounds incredible, but the best defense is a good offense. You are actually taking offensive action against these free radicals when you eat healthy foods that are packed with anti-oxidants.

But nutrition can do a lot more than just protect you from cancer, though that is an important thing. For instance healthy fats are going to make you a smarter person.

The brain is made of basically fat and water. Inside there are a lot of different chemical reactions going on all the time; the wires and connectors that house these reactions are all made of fat.

Sounds questionable, but it is a fact. To strengthen your brain you need to get healthy fats such as omegas.

These fatty acids are going to be packed with DHE EPA. These two chemicals are the building blocks for neurotransmitters.

You get these fats predominantly from fish, but they are also found in chocolate. Eating too much chocolate is going to have adverse effects; that is self-evident.

But studies have shown that one bar of dark chocolate candy a week can actually be beneficial to the brain. Although it would be much healthier to just eat fish instead of the candy bar.

Start eating fish and berries and you will be a cancer-free, smarty-pants. Start eating for fuel, rather than carnal pleasure.
