To start a new venture or open a new division is always difficult and it carries a lot of uncertainties. The investment for one is a crucial aspect and usually the highest risk factor. In the case of ARM the risk was two fold.
On the one hand side expensive equipment had to be purchased. On the other hand trained and experienced staff had to be hired in order to operate the equipment and make sure that everything was conducted bearing the correct procedure in mind and taking care of the demanding challenges the UAE presents.
What did
ARM do? Six months ago they started servicing Ferrari and Maserati automobiles in their new state of the art workshop in Dubai Investment Park.
Yes, it was a tremendous challenge. Said Alex Renner, Managing Director of ARM. Even though we conducted a thorough market study at the end you never know how your potential clients react and if they react to a new independent workshop. I believe our know how gained over years repairing and servicing Porsche cars successfully has helped us to gain trust and the necessary good will with Ferrari and Maserati owners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. As of the end of August we have repaired 50 Ferraris and a few more than 50 Maseratis. We are obviously very delighted with this tremendous outcome after eight months. But we are not resting with the things achieved so far. We are planning a few new service related options, which owners of both marquis have not heard or seen in this country. We are confident that these new service options will find acceptance within the Ferrari and Maserati owners community Alex concluded.
Our new workshop has a dedicated area only for Ferrari. This section is set with the latest equipment for diagnosing repairs. In keeping with technology, we have also obtained the latest Ferrari repair software and technical capabilities to resolve your cars problems. Our body shop is using Ferrari approved paint systems making sure that any body repair made is at par with Ferrari standards.
