Arizona Mortgage Lending

By:

The Mortgage business in Arizona has taken a nose dive, even Google could not rescue it, or Warren Buffet for that matter, and it won't bring the end to the world as we know it, and it will still be around for 2012 and after. The way I see it, things can only go up from here, this article may at first sound a bit doomsday but really what I want to talk about is digital marketing and real estate in Arizona.

We were a force to reckon with, the way Phoenix was growing (2nd largest city in the U.S.) next only to New York, we surpassed L.A., CA, were bigger than Chicago, building construction was ablaze for so long here, the sky was the limit, this was a retirement area and hot spot for the baby boomers who are retiring in big numbers, Phoenix and the surrounding area is still a very economic place to live, we wont mention our winter weather and that annual flock of snow birds that come here every autumn.

This is also a great place to invest in real estate, we have not gone the way of the coastal cities like New York or LA area's, we are hours away from Mexico, the Pacific, Mardi Gras, Las Vegas just to mention a few, besides having out own Sedona, 2 hours from the "Grand Canyon" need I say more? I feel that the way for the Mortgage companies and real estate agents to recapture a interest in Arizona again is digital marketing or better know as Internet Marketing.

The days of just putting a website together with pictures and some nice graphics and special effects thrown in are gone, attracting traffic to your site is what's important in today's market, and Google is the king to cater to in this regard, they offer a bevy of products and services to make this easy, but taking the time to learn them that is not as easy, we here at Arizona Mortgage Lender feel this is important and worth the time and effort to drawn in those in need of a Mortgage, especially one that does not request as much documentation as the competition might.

Mortgage lending has become a scary thing now because of a few bad apples and misconceptions, this country was built on the credit and equity of ones home, people are able to make a more comfortable existence for themselves and their love ones, there are a few simple rules that take discipline to accomplish so as to keep a good credit record through out ones life, but rightfully so.

And there those whose circumstances whether there created by acts of GOD or through a series of bad luck who need a break or help in securing a first mortgage, and we suggest to them to look for a reputable mortgage lender, there are plenty of them in Arizona. We think here at Arizona Mortgage lending that our reputation is our most valuable asset when advertising and we make this point on our website, if we had our way, we would have the people who create standards for the world wide web to put some kind of clause in there about honest content for all business who advertise on the web.

We would fully support this type legislation if it were introduced in Congress, this is something that could be enforced by private companies that own search engines, a requirement of honest advertisement compliance order to be indexed and found, I can just see the raised eyebrows with that last statement, CEO are thinking this writer is out of his mind, but the Internet belongs to the public and should be serving to the public, the experience we get from surfing the web should be one of safety, fairness and above all enjoyable.

Mortgage lending does not have to be a scary experience nor does it have to one of great complexity, depending on the company you decide to have as your agent, they should be able to make the experience as comfortable as possible, we urge first time buyers and second home mortgage seekers to do their homework.
