More people are becoming health-conscious enough to take natural nutritional supplements daily while probably also trying to eat well. Most likely they try to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, all-natural whole grains, and lean protein to support their nutritional needs. The human body is a complex organism having the ability to heal itself with proper nourishment and care. In the New England Journal of Medicine there was a Finnish study published that supports experiments indicating that synthetic vitamins can kill you quicker than starvation. Also, nutritionalist Dr. Watkinson has commented on a study where rats being fed synthetic nutrients died before those not being fed and left to starve.

Natural vitamin supplements made with natural food and herbal plant sources contain co-factors and compounds which are activators. Natural herbal nutritional supplements contain other nutrients and co-factors because they are in their natural state, and are protein-bonded. Studies indicate that protein-bonded nutritional supplements are absorbed, utilized, and retained in the tissues better than supplements that are not protein-bonded.

In today's time with commercial farming and food processing most of our diets are lacking nutritional value. Every day our environment is filled with harmful chemicals and toxins which rob our bodies and our environment of their natural nutrients and minerals essential for healthy life. Therefore, quality natural nutritional supplements should be a part of our daily diet to support and strengthen our immune system which is essential for healthy living.
