Sleep

Finally, one of the most important things any woman who is trying to get pregnant can do to increase her chances of getting pregnant is to get more sleep. It's important for women who want to get pregnant to try and get at least eight hours of sleep per night because sleep helps the body to rebuild internally, reduce stress and give a woman more piece of mind and clarity the next day.
