Are You Still Looking For A Diabetes Remedy? Put Down Your Coke, Pick Up The Chromium

10 Cokes A Day Habit Was Killing Me!
For years now, medical researchers around the world have found one of the biggest, single causes of Type 2 diabetes. Its high fructose corn syrup.

High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is a cheap, sickeningly sweet ingredient used by just about every food and beverage manufacturer to lower costs and give you enough sugary flavoring to keep you happy.

Go to any McDonalds restaurant and youll get an unhealthy mega-dose of this Type 2 triggering ingredient its in the ketchup, the hamburger buns, in the tartar sauce and most of all, its found in Coke and other sodas they serve up.

For someone like me, who traveled a lot and lived a very hectic lifestyle, my fast food diets and 10 Cokes a day habit were killing me!

What a Shocker - I Was Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic!
After a lifetime of on-the-go food and HFCS-laden drinks, I was shocked to hear my doctor utter those dreaded words, Youve got diabetes.

Sure. I was a little overweight (about 20 pounds). My energy wasnt what it once was (after 50 years of age, whos is?) and I didnt care to eat fruits and vegetables (Carrots? Celery? Thats rabbit food).

But I never thought Id be told I had what I considered an old persons disease. It shouldnt have been a surprise to me, but I was totally shocked!

After the panic and the pity, I started to research my problem (my doctor wasnt much help. He just told me to follow a better diet and get some exercise).

Corporate Greed Is Killing You
In my research to solve my diabetes problem, one of the causes that kept popping up was an ingredient called high fructose corn syrup.

Starting in the late 1970s, some genius found that this sweetener tasted like sugar and it cost a whole lot less than sugar.

So guess what? Every food and drink manufacturer, to make a buck, dropped sugar from their ingredient list and replaced it with HFCS.

Sadly, since that time, researchers have noticed that along with the consumption of this sweetener, the diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes has grown almost equally. Thats because this low cost ingredient has a bad side effect it sucks the chromium right out of your body!

So what?

Chromium is a trace mineral that helps your body control blood sugar levels. When you eat or drink products with high fructose corn syrup, it drains your chromium out of your system and causes, over time, your blood sugar to skyrocket.

HFCS Killer Helps Control, Even Reverse Diabetes

While you should reduce the amount of HFCS food and drinks you consume, theyre everywhere and in everything. So you cant totally avoid them.

You need to fight back against the effect of high fructose corn sweeteners that trigger Type 2 diabetes by supplementing your diet with chromium.

When you restore this precious trace mineral, you can counter the effect of HFCS and keep your blood sugar (and weight) in check.

There a confusing number of chromium types and dosage on the market some good, some not so good.

From my experience (and based on clinical evidence), the best and safest to use is a niacin-bound chromium. My research shows that it is the most bio-available (meaning most readily absorbed) and effective with no long term health problems (some chromium forms have long term ill effects. Be careful!).
