The Diamond High Council, is the world's foremost authority in gemology and famous in diamond grading education. HRD diamond Certificates are considered the best diamond certification, coming from the Diamond High Council, a non profit organization. These three certifications are really the most important thing to look for in a site but it's also important that they ship to where you are and that they have a professional grader on-site.
