Everyone that owns a company and has employees, methods, and processes of functions knows that you need a sort of building block to keep everything organized, legitimate and running smoothly. This goes with employees, services of procedures and anything else involving your business. Now you may or may not have heard of an ISO, but it's a set of standards dictating the establishment and maintenance of quality systems in the design and manufacture of products. Its pretty much a "standard to work by" so to speak.

The process of establishing a quality management system as per the ISO 9001:2008 standard involves specific activities such as planning, documenting, implementing, auditing and reviewing. But to actually get the templates and forms you may need - I would suggest checking out a more officiated ISO claim site. This is going to allow you to find out more about what this is (though it is a little confusing) and to also find out about any revisions such as the ISO 9001 to the ISO 9001:2008, documentation and even a written out 6 step plan for people such as yourself involving:

- Understanding how the ISO 9001 model should operate within your organization

- Planning the quality management system so as to achieve your quality objectives

- Documenting the quality management system

- Implementing the quality management system

- Auditing the performance of the quality management system

- Reviewing the performance of the quality management system

This is also going to help you understand the QMS and ISO and help you decide which one you need to start incorporating into your company. Furthermore, sites like this are really going to be able to help you out when it comes to the templates area because it's a standard content template which then allows you to edit it as you see fit. So far, I haven't seen very many sites that offer these templates for free; usually you will have to buy it.

However, the price is fitting considering one site I found had over 41 templates included in the package, full support, and if there is a document template that you need, but is not listed above, send me an email (after your purchase) and they will create one for you free of charge. So the few dollars it's going to cost for the initial templates are going to be well worth it in the end when it comes to a package deal such as this!
