Are You Living Up To Expectations?

Are You Living Up To Expectations?

By:

"To whom much is given, much is expected." Luke 12:48

While most quotes (from the Bible or elsewhere) will make you think, this one seems to evoke more thought that most. First because it makes you think about how much you have been given. Second because it makes you think about how many ways you could (or should) use what you have been given.

This is perhaps truer in no place more than in multilevel marketing. In fact, the entire success of the multilevel marketing system depends on following through with the edict in this quotation. How can you taken what you have been given and pass it on to your downline? How do you really give as much as is expected?

The first, and most obvious aspect, is the money aspect. This doesn't mean that you have to send money to your downline if you experience success, but it does mean you need to structure your organization in such a way that everyone benefits as much as possible. That might mean that you place someone somewhere that is not as beneficial to you as it is to someone in your downline, but it may be that the placement benefits your overall organization (which means it benefits you as well).

The second is sharing the secrets of your success. If you have a system that is working for you, train your downline to use the same system. If you have a script that is working for you, share it with your downline. The people in your downline expect you to help them achieve the same success you are enjoying. Share your secrets with them.

The third is to help where you can. If someone in your downline is struggling, go out of your to help them out. Make your best effort to help them where you can. You can't do all the work for them, but you can certainly give them a boost. You can make a difference in their business and in their life!

Pass down your legacy. While you are helping your downline, be sure to train them to help their downlines. The ability to duplicate your success and teach others to duplicate it will determine the sustainability of your success as well as the success of others now and in the future.

While we all want to obtain success in our lives and in our business. We should never forget the obligation we have to ensure that our success spreads to others.
