Review Summary

As one might expect from the names here, Appuloss Diet & Energy involves an added ingredient for energy enhancement that special boost promised by so many dietary supplement manufacturers. However, when the two formulas are sat side by side, the difference appears to be about 50 mg of Caffeine. Some consumers might feel this is not enough to bother with promoting a second formula. Other consumers might feel that it is too much for a weight loss supplement. In either case, Appuloss works on a rather conventional formula that is not altogether convincing.

Ingredients at a Glance

Appuloss contains Acacia, B-Phenylethylamine, Tyramine, Hordenine, White Tea, Green Tea, Kuding Tea, Caffeine, Konjac, Cissus Quadrangularis, Rhodiola Rosea, and Dextrose. Both Diet and Diet & Energy contain Caffeine, it is just a matter of how much.

Ingredients in Focus

The following are of note:

Acacia provides humans with a source of fiber that may increase good gut flora (friendly bacteria). It may also decrease gas and bloating. But it is not clear how it is to contribute significantly to weight loss.

Tyramine is a monoamine compound derived from tyrosine. It may assist in the release of other monoamines like dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. Consuming too much Tyramine may lead to increased blood pressure and elevated heart rate.

White Tea has been found to assist the bodys immune system. It is thought that White Tea is similar to Green Tea in its immunity-boosting properties, but that it may surpass Green Tea in effectiveness.

Green Tea is thought to increase the bodys metabolism and aid in weight loss. However the extract may contain large amounts of caffeine and has been known to cause negative side effects including nausea, insomnia, nervousness, elevated heart rate and increased blood pressure.

Rhodiola Rosea has been used in treating depression. It may serve adaptogenic functions in high-stress situations. The plant is also thought to optimize serotonin and dopamine

Pregnant or nursing women should not take this supplement. Those taking medication already should consult a physician.

Positives

-None.

Negatives

-Contains quite a bit of Caffeine.

-Unconvincing presentation and promises.

-Localized fat loss is extremely improbable.

Final Thoughts

Appuloss would have been better off using a safe, proven fat burning, appetite suppressing formula than this Caffeine-loaded concoction. When combined with diet and exercise, healthy supplementation can be a boon to health. Appuloss, unfortunately, is excluded from the running.
