When a guy approaches a woman and it is more than obvious that he is feeling self conscious and insecure, that's not exactly the kind of thing that is going to attract her or turn her on. You already know that, though. Confidence is king when it comes to pulling women, and if you don't give off that kind of vibe, then it's probably going to be rough out there when you try and approach a woman. That can all be changed, though.

See, one of the main reasons why guys lack confidence in approaching a woman is the lack of experience. It's kind of like this. When you don't know what to expect, your mind can play a lot of tricks on you. It can start to tell you all sorts of things, and next thing you know, you talk yourself out of approaching anyone.

Here are 3 keys to boost your confidence with women right away:

1) Just like sales people assume the sale, you have to assume that she likes you.

If your first assumption is that she is going to feel bothered, or she is going to be put off by you approaching her, then you probably could use a little boost. And the best way to do this, is just to reframe the way you see things. Successful sales people are known for assuming the sale, and guys that are successful with women are known for assuming that a woman will like them. There really is no reason to think any different, and assuming that she likes you will give you at least a temporary boost in confidence.

2) Realize that women feel just as insecure, sometimes even more so.

Why do you think that they spend an hour in the bathroom trying to make themselves look better? Why do you think they try on 5 different outfits just to make sure that they get the right one? Because women are just as insecure in dealing with the opposite sex as men are, and sometimes even more so. So, why is there any reason to feel intimidated by approaching a woman? There really isn't one.

3) Approach women in steps.

Don't start off approaching the hottest woman you can find. That's like trying to step into the ring with a pro fighter when you have yet to even spar. You need to take it in steps. Start approaching any woman that you see, just to start a conversation. Once that becomes no big deal at all, then you can work your way up and start approaching more and more attractive women as your confidence starts to grow.
