Anxiety - Could It Be Our Thoughts Getting In The Way?

A theory I have been exploring about Anxiety that has captured my attention (having suffered from it my whole life) is the idea that anxiety is a feeling that merely originates from our way of thinking...

When I first learned about this I was its was difficult to embrace this idea as being plausible however, it held my attention for long enough to investigate further and I would like to share my idea on this with you because I have found it to be useful to take our power back from this condition.

Firstly I need to familiarize you with the law of vibrations. Scientist's have now proven that we all vibrate on varying levels of frequency from within our physical bodies. Success, love, optimism and happiness are the highest levels of vibration whereas self loathing and depression are the lowest.

The worse you feel, the lower you are vibrating,. We attract around us vibrations to match so vibrating low will attract experiences and people that are low vibrations also. Our bodies are so sensitive to others frequency and this can be seen when a baby is held by someone and cries for no reason, and then stops when handed to another visitor. The baby is picking up on the low vibration given off by someone.

Another example is when we know a spouse or boss is in a bad mood as soon as they walk in the door, or sometimes we feel drained of energy and suddenly tired when in a public situation such as shopping when people around are vibrating low energy such as times of a financial depression.

Until we know how to change our vibration to a higher or better level we are in a place of ignorance or not yet knowing. The process of feeling anxiety starts with a thought.

We have a worry or doubt. It may be about money, bills, a relationship or job that we harbor and continue thinking about. In this circumstance we have no power because we are not controlling our won thoughts to choose those that only result in feeling good.

The worry turns to a physical feeling of fear and anxiety which is felt on a very real physical level with sickness, chest palpitations, pain, fast irregular breathing and generally feeling very stressed out.

Until we learn to control our thoughts to improve our vibration frequency we rely mostly on medical treatments which only treat the symptoms. The negative thoughts manifest in another area of physicality such as disease because it cannot be denied until the thought is dealt with.

This is why it is so important to treat anxiety naturally with anxiety strategies that delve into our thoughts in conjunction with medical treatments. That way we deal with the causes which is essential to gaining total health, control and to take back your own power.
