Siem Reap in Cambodia has acquired the status of a major tourist destination, principally as it is the entranceway to the famed Angkor Archaeological Park. This region includes the renowned ancient capitals of several dynasties of the once mighty Khmer empire. Angkors temples are regarded as highly symbolic constructions. Interestingly in several instances, different species are housed together, in order to save precious resources. This has only been done, when there is no likelihood of the different animals harming each other.
