Andhra Pradesh is situated on the south-eastern coast of India and is historically called The Rice Bowl Of India. The primary and official language of Andhra Pradesh is Telugu and Urdu is the secondary official language. The tourism department out here is being promoted as the Koh-i-Noor of India. Its home to a number of religious pilgrim centers as Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati, Srisailam in the Nallamal Hills, Amaravatis Shiva Temple, Ramappa temple and Thousand Pillars temple in Warangal.
Hyderabad is the capital of the State. Andhra Pradesh is famous for the pearls of Hyderabad, temples at Tirupati and the lively Kuchipudi.

Hyderabad
Its known as The City Of Pearls-famous for its pearls and pearl jewellery. It is one of the major hubs for the information technology industry in India. Its home to the Telugu Film Industry, popularly known as Tollywood. Hyderabad reflects a unique art and architecture.

Charminar
Is the global icon of Hyderabad and listed among the most recognized structures of India. The four ornate minarets supported by four grand arches command the landscape for miles. Its located on the east bank of Musi river, in the North East lies the Laad Bazaar or Choodi Bazaar which is a very old market popular for the gorgeous bangles, pearls, stones, brocade, saris, Khara Dupattas and perfumes.
Makkah Masjid
Is a stone built mosque which lies to the South west of Charminar. It is one of the most beautiful mosques in Hyderabad known for its architecture and size.
Golconda Fort
Is one of the strongest and one of the most magnificent fortress complexes in India.
Falaknuma Palace
Is completely built in Italian marble . It was built by an Italian architect on request of the Paigah nobles, Nawab Viqar al-Umra.
Birla Mandir
Is located on top of a hill overlooking the City. It is made of white marble.
Sanghi Temple
Is near Ramoji Film City. It is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara.
Osman Sagar Lake
Is a popular tourist destination, especially after the rainy season. The parks, resorts are the major attractions out here. Earlier, this lake served as drinking water for the City but now it is just used for public recreation.
Ramoji Film City
Is one of Asias most popular tourism and recreation centers. Its the Worlds largest integrated film studio cum theme park.
Hyderabad Pearls
Hyderabad is referred to as thecity of pearls. Mangatrai, Kedarnathji, Motiwale and Jagadamba are the famous pearl shops in Hyderabad.
Tirupati
Tirupati is a major pilgrimage city located in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. It isfamous for the Venkateswara Swamy temple dedicated to Lord Venkateswara. It draws millions of pilgrims and is busiest pilgrimage centre in the World. It is also famous for its red wooden toys, copper and brass idols.
