Most people are looking for the best method for effective training. Something that is hard to execute yet produces a very worthy benefits. Throughout the history, there are many methods regarding on how to effectively train your skills. However, there are three top methods on training. These methods are interval training, hypoxia training and underwater training.

Interval Training
This method of training is a fusion of exercises with interval time in each execution. A combination of medium and low intensity with continues workout training. This will help you synchronize your rhythm during a real fight. You can walk for 10 seconds then sprint for 20 seconds and after that, you can walk for 10 seconds again. This is a sample of interval training. There are various methods of exercises which you can fuse and use every day, however every person does it in their own unique way. If you imagine about this method, during an MMA fight you have a moment of rest after every battle round. After the rest you are back with the intense fight wherein you will have to use your maximum strength to be able to win. You wait for the perfect timing to catch a takedown then explode your skills. When you manage to take your opponent down to the floor, you struggle for a period of time depending on the position, only then you can rest if you manage to get into a comfortable position.

Hypoxia Training
This method is famous because of Rafael Alejarra. During his workouts with Wanderlei Silva he tried to increase the martial artist's resistance using this unorthodox technique of training. Hypoxia training is usually circuit training with a snorkel. The oxygen you intake is usually lower than what your body requires if your breath is limited through your mouth. This method tires you a lot due to an increase production of lactic acid inside your body. This training should not be done without enough guidance.

Underwater Training
You may have seen an MMA fighter applying this method of training. Picking up a rock from the bottom of the sea and running under the water while carrying the rock. Water resistance does not stress out your joints, so this is a good training to use. Moreover, underwater training can greatly increase your cardiovascular strength. Even traditional martial artist used this method of training to increase abilities. A kung fu practitioner trains underwater and punches the resistance of the ocean. This helps him to increase the power of his strike, and gives him a more synchronize rhythm of attacks.
