Stress is something which nobody wants but still exists in our minds. It is that part of our life which snatches our energies from us. How we get stress? Its may be due to work pressure or some other kind of mental disturbance. Being capable of doing our work perfectly, we sometimes due to stress doesnt perform as much as we can. Stress can be defines as eating your energies mildly. One should take actions to cure it as soon as possible. Stress can further lead to Depression which further can create anxiety.

Now we will discuss about how to avoid it, first and the essential step one should take is to organize your-self. Mess is occurring in our mind may become more because of the stress around us. Like for an example our room, an organized room can remove some of the mess from our mind. Organization can help to reduce stress(stress verminderen). Second I would talk about taking a break from our busy and stressful life which I personally try to , to get out of the busy life and to reduce stress which is vital for a healthy life as there is a phrase called-Health is wealth.

To avoid mess, we can prioritize our list of work so that it does not look like a burden, more than that well be able to manage our work well which will again work as a stress buster. We always should avoid negativities around us which can be some people and one knows what kind of people one should avoid. Being away from them can make you feel fresh and energetic. The more positive we will be, the more you can make things to work for you.

Simple life can lead to a peaceful life and can help to heal vapours (vapeurs). The feeling of competing with the world leads to an unorganized, depressive, and disturbed life. Competition is good to an extent which is healthy; above it can make our mind go messy. Taking a good diet and not skipping meals is another step one should take care. Attempt of doing more things at the same time seems fruitful but actually is not. Doing one thing at a point of time proves result oriented. A very common way to release stress is to do exercise or going for a walk. Stress is released when you go for a walk; it is a great stress buster as my personal experience says this. One can also take help through medication like today many medicines which include vitamins, minerals etc. which helps stress going out.
