Not all fats are bad for you and there are some that the body needs in order to function in a healthy manner. Examples of foods that contain healthy fats are olive oil, avocado, and nuts. Avoid foods that contain trans fats because these are very unhealthy.

Start working out to strengthen and tone your muscles, especially the muscles in your stomach. You should have an intensive workout for at least an hour a day but if you cannot fit that amount of time into your schedule, do 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.

You can join a gym if you wish, but you don't have to because there are many exercises that you can do at home to help you get those six-pack abs quick. One example of an easy exercise is as follows:

Lie on the floor on your back. Bend your right leg and have your foot placed flat on the floor. Stretch your left leg out on the floor so that it is perfectly straight.

Put your hands on your waist and raise your head slightly. You will feel the muscles tightening in your stomach. Repeat this 8 times and then do the same thing with the other leg.
