Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone in order to alter your life? If you've really struggled with life, it can be helpful to start small. Achieving a few small successes will give you the confidence to move ahead with larger lifestyle improvements.

* Follow this procedure to remodel your life into the one you truly want to live:

1. Pick out an area where you would like to see the biggest change and put that on your list. Continue through your life and catalog every change you'd like to make. Finally order the list from most significant to least and you are finished with this step.

* Now, start at the top and look down the list; stop at the first thing you can alter in a somewhat short period.

2. Set a goal. What could you accomplish in 8-12 weeks around the topic you identified in step 1? Be bold; you're far more skilled than you think!

* Put your expected results in writing and be specific. For example by September 22nd I will create a $30,000/month income by getting more customers.

3. What has been holding you back you up til now? Figure out what it is, is it a lack of information, or fear? Usually it is not your talent but something else. Find out what is undermining your achievement and ferett it out.

4. Address the concerns in Step 3. Whatever has been holding you back you up to this time isn't going to go away on its own. Come up with a plan to get rid of the challenge. Including easy tools like reflection can boost your success in these challenges.

* A good test is to think about what you'll have to go through to accomplish your goal; if you feel anything but optimistic and excited, you have some work to do. This is feedback from your subconscious, so don't ignore it - use it. It's a gift.

5. Review and reinforce your goal at least everyday. Read it out loud from your list and think about it. Roll it over in your mind, visualize it's successful completion. Feel how you will feel when it is done. Let yourself be engaged.

6. Make a plan of action. Divide your plan into a series of small tasks to be finished everyday. This is your road map to your objective. A big goal will need more steps than small goals but the procedure is the same whether large or small.

7. Always track where you are in relation to your goal. If your goal has to do with money, how much money have you made? Are you ahead of or behind schedule.

8. Don't stop. If you don't give up, you can't fail.

Changing your life is a noble pursuit and one of the most gratifying things you can do for yourself. But it's not for the faint of heart. Be patient - you're not going to change everything overnight. Knock off a few of the less difficult items first. The assurance you gain will guide you through the tougher challenges.
