On June 9, he woke up in the morning and then took a shower and ironed his shirt. After these, he mailed a letter to the local media, writing, "when you receive this letter, I would have committed robbery crime for $1 robbery from bank . I am with mental health, but body is worse." Return address of the letter is Gaston prison.

Subsequently, Jame took a taxi to bank, and sumbited his "blackmail letter" of $1 to a worker,telling to the worker that he would wait for the police came here. The worker was scared into the hospital, and James also went into theprison as what he wished.

Because of only $1 robbery, he was charged as a theft and not bank robbery. But he said, if not enough intense punishment, he would say to the judge he will commit crime again.

In prison James has met several nurses, and was assigned to see the doctor on Friday. He wishes to have the ability to get surgery on back and foot, having the chest bumps cured. He plans to spend several years in prison, till he can get social welfare, then move to live by the sea. Jame said, if the U.S. government health care system can provide people more supports, he also didn't want to do this. He says ,"rob a bank" is the best plan. Prison is where he chooses.
