American Technology Fights the High Cost of Home Heating Oil and LP Gas

We shutter when we see the rising cost to fuel our cars and now its hitting us hard at home. Home fuel oil prices have risen to over $4.70 per gallon and LP Gas has set new record prices of over $3.00 per gallon in some areas of our country. This is alarming and sad the end is not in sight. Now there is an easy solution, thanks to the total electric system called REVERSE CYCLE CHILLER' by Aqua Products Company, Inc. With the Reverse Cycle Chiller' youre no longer limited to the higher operating cost of outdated heating systems including fossil fuels, standard DX heat pumps and DX ground loop heat pumps.

Our Reverse Cycle Chiller' provides the flexability of green design, renewable energy plus lower energy costs. Our design provides the additional benefit of allowing you to use your hot water solar system for free heat plus domestic hot water. The Reverse Cycle Chiller' is an Air Source Heat Pump that produces hot water for heating or chilled water for air conditioning and dehumidification. The Reverse Cycle Chiller' meets the highest standards by using the new green class of R-410A a non-ozone depleating refrigerant selected by the majority of our USA HVAC Manufacturers. The unique design of our Reverse Cycle allows it to produce down to 40F chilled water for summer cooling or up to 115F hot water for forced air or radiant floor heating. The orginal Revers Cycle was developed by Aqua Products using a York 10 SEER Heat Pump and was installed in Michigan over 11 years ago and is still operating strong even below zero when matched with a radiant floor system.

The simple compressor technology of our RCC works on the same principle as a bicycle pump. The heat that you felt when using your bicycle pump is why the Reverse Cycle can produce a Coefficient of Performance (COP) up to 6 times greater than fossil fuels. This means our Reverse Cycle Chiller' can produce 2 -6 times more KW output with a single KW input. Our RCC' uses two insulated water pipes and a buffer tank that delivers water in a closed loop system for hot water heating or chilled water cooling. It uses the same water over and over again. It may use less than a quart of water/glycal a year. Because its an air-source system it needs no geothermal water wells or ground loop pipe installed outside. Plus our Reverse Cycle gives you the options of selecting a standard central forced air systems or multiple ductless fan coils, and/or even employ the added comfort of radiant floor heating systems or a combination of all the above..

We are now building two new high efficiency models: including our AQUA Plus 13 SEER and the AQUA MAX, 18 SEER, with a +9 HSPF, 2 speed scroll compressor, earth friendly R-410A. All of our Reverse Cycle Chillers are ETL listed. The Reverse Cycle Chiller' is designed to produce outstanding comfort at ambient temperatures below 10F and without the use of expensive back-up heat stripes for the majority of the heating season.

What makes the Reverse Cycle Chiller' so appealing is its ability to provide
hotter heat when matched with the required heating load. Most heat pumps must be sized to the cooling load. Consequently capacity for heating can fall short by
over 50% which then requires supplemental electric heat strips that cost from 2 to 6 time more than our Reverse Cycle alone. Our Reverse Cycle Chiller' can now be sized to your heating load with back-up heating used only in case of emergencies or extreme cold weather. Plus its modular design makes it possible to use multiple Reverse Cycle Chiller' modules for staging redundancy and load sharing for larger homes. Add it all up, a home with our total electric Reverse Cycle Chiller' could heat your home using fewer KW/hour than most homes using a DX geothermal system or fossil fuels.

FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION
Reverse Cycle Chiller' is available in capacities from 2 to 5 tons. Unlike most other systems you can add multiple Reverse Cycle Chillers' modules for larger loads to heat or cool a single central tank of water. You can use the chilled water for forced air and some radiant floor systems. The hot water can be used for radiant floor heating systems requiring hot water up to 115F. Its so flexible you can use a single or multiple air handlers, fan coils, ductless systems and/or hot water radiant floor at one time or a combination of any of the above.
