American Idols Live Tickets : Haley Mixed Things Up Musically During Her Time On Idol

The American Idols LIVE! Tour 2011 is a summer concert tour in the United States, Canada and the Philippinesthat features the Top 11 contestants of the tenth season of American Idol.

The 48 date tour started in West Valley City, Utah, on July 6, and its North American leg will end in Rochester, New York on September 10.45 dates were originally planned but three extra dates were added due to high demand, including a final show in Manila, Philippines, only the second time the show has travelled outside of North America after Singapore was added to the tour schedule in Season 3.

This season's tour was promoted again by AEG Live after a year with Live Nation. This year Ford Motor Company, Coca-Cola, and U.S. Air Force Reserve joined as sponsors of the tour.In a break from the previous three years where the shows were essentially a series of mini-concerts by individually performers, this year there were more ensemble performances. Also unlike the previous three years, the individual performers did not perform according to their elimination order on American Idol, and the number of songs performed by each performer did not reflect their elimination order.

The show started with a group performance by the girls and the first half ended with a group performance. The first half featured solos from the first six eliminated contestants - Pia Toscano, Paul McDonald, Thia Megia, Stefano Langone, Naima Adedapo and Casey Abrams, while the Top 5 performed their solos in the second half. Duets and group performances interspersed the solo performances. The second half started with solos by the runner-up Lauren Alaina, and ended with solos by the winner Scotty McCreery followed by the the traditional closing group performances.

Interscope Records is pleased to announce that it has signed Season 10 American Idol contestant Haley Reinhart to a recording contract. Haley is currently on the road for the American Idols Live! 2011 Tour, which kicked off July 6th in Salt Lake City, UT, and continues through the summer before concluding on September 10th in Rochester, NY.

Haley commented, "I've always dreamed of getting this kind of recognition. I am very thankful to 19 and Interscope for giving me this opportunity to create my own music."Haley auditioned for Season 10 of American Idol in Milwaukee, Wisconsin last summer. She made it all the way through to the top 3 when she was voted off the show. She received notable musician and celebrity support from Robert Plant, Lady Gaga, Jimmy Page, Adam Lambert, Tom Hanks and others who picked Haley as their favorite.

Haley mixed things up musically during her time on Idol. Her renditions of Adele Rolling In The Deep, Elton John Bennie and the Jets and Ben E. Kings I (Who Have Nothing) are just a few fan favorite performances. Haley also got to showcase her unique, jazzy voice on an adorable duet with music legend, Tony Bennett, as the two performed Steppin Out with My Baby on the American Idol finale.
