Always Best Care Senior Services of Rockwall is owned and operated by husband and wife team of Brad and Kristal Hopkins. According to Mr. Hopkins, they will feature Always Best Cares non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement services.

Brad Hopkins is a former senior sales executive with Coca-Cola Refreshments. While with Coca-Cola for 30 years, he held several prominent positions including Vice President of Convenience Retail, Vice President of On-Premise, Vice President of Sales and Area Vice President. Mr. Hopkins also has been active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater Dallas Boys & Girls Club and the Board of Directors of the Boys Scouts of America, Circle Ten Council.

In addition to being a stay at home mom, Kristal Hopkins has been a Senior Caregiver, Real Estate Appraisal Assistant and Human Resource Benefits Specialist. She also has been an active volunteer at school and a bible class teacher at church.
