Some of the ingredients you may use in making these Spanish tapas are lemon, salt, Spanish olive oil, flour and cleaned squid.

Pulpo Gallego (Galician-style octopus) - this is an appetizer used in various parts of Spain. Making this tapa is quite simple. It is basically a cooked octopus that is served with sweet Spanish paprika, boiled potatoes and olive oil.

Bravas potatoes ( Patatas Bravas) - these Spanish tapas are served in almost every bar in the country. To make it, you would only need, medium potatoes, Spanish olive oil, tomato sauce, salt, mustard, Tabasco sauce and sweet Spanish paprika.

Ham, chorizo and cheese with bread- this is quite a universally acclaimed appetizer in Spain. You will appreciate its simplicity since you only do little cooking in which case it can be put together very quickly.
