You need to have the expertise to handle all your work individually.
Staying in shape physically and mentally is a mandatory requirement.

As you would be positioned in many foreign countries, you need to know various foreign languages. This will help you in your missions. The requirements for every company differ, but they are usually a military background, decent college and school education.

You can rest assured that you will be paid more than adequate. Last but not the least, you need to be in peak physical form always. Continue your exercise regime. Most of the jobs will require intense physical and mental stability, hence for your own safety you need to keep a good balance between the two.
