Knysna is an amazing place and has become one of the top tourist places in South Africa in few years. Situated on the Garden Route in the Western Cape. You are allowed to ski and dive in the Knysna lagoon so bring your snorkel and flippers along. Fishing is also a great pastime for the local and travellers to Knysna. Remember to buy your fishing licence at the nearest post office first. Knysna is known for its lush forests and vegetation. You may take walks through the forest to enjoy the splendour of nature and that crisp fresh air smell you get from all the trees around you. Cold fresh mountain water gushes down the streams. Knysna has absolutely everything that you will need and want from a holiday destination. Whether you into hang gliding, Para shooting, horse riding or swinging in the trees. Walk with elephants, wild cats and view dolphins and whales. A small but vibrant town awaits you. If you like to play golf Knysna has three challenging courses to play. Simola, Knysna Golf Course and Pezula. Pezula is situated on the top of the Eastern Head. It has breathtaking views overlooking the see. Baboons run across the fairway as you playing your next shot. Buck stop and stair as if you are a strange creature. A challenging course but excellently kept and of world class standards. Knysna Golf Course has been around for ages. All the locals that love their golf are members of this club. Running along George Rex drive its a great location. The course has been well kept and green fees are not too bad. Simola is the newest of the courses and boasts spectacular views through the Knysna hills leading to the Knysna heads.

A well equipped club house with everything that you will need for your round. Simola is on a sloped mountain and boasts many challenging holes and greens. Remember to bring the kids as they will have plenty to do and experience. Knysna has plenty of Hotels and accommodations of high quality, really a place you don't want to miss out.
