Don't be surprised to find twins that are usually depressed at the same time.

It is no news that people living in depression see themselves in a negative light. Their environment and everyone in it are not safe, and neither is the future. You have perhaps seen this happen a million and one times and it happens every single day somewhere in the world. Someone loses somebody and suddenly they become emotional wrecks themselves. It's depression, and in that particular instance, there's nothing wrong with it. What's wrong is when you dwell on the emotion for way too long.
