Alex Jeffreys - Smart Marketing - When The Prize Is Right, The Price Is Cheap

By:

I don't know what it's like in other countries, but here in UK, my computer and television screens are filled with people telling me they are a PC. Well, so am I, but I'm also proud to say I'm an AJ.

Incase you wonder what I'm talking about, an AJ is one of Alex Jeffreys coaching students and luckily I am one of the Fortunate 500!

We, are the first to experience Alex' somewhat enthusiastic and detailed course. Talk about over deliver. I've discovered more in four weeks than in all my previous time on the internet, but the best bit about his program is he's building a community where we all help each other.

Last night Alex gave a coaching call, which lasted 6 hours, and with the help of a couple of cans of Red Bull he was as chirpy at the end as he was in the beginning. This morning, as my eldest son was getting up to go to work, I was falling into bed.

Yes, I'm an AJ and I'm TIRED!

However, last night, Alex Jeffreys introduced a competition for his students with a financial reward to the winner of $1000. Has he turned into Santa Clause? No, he's a very savvy mentor and it's his way of inspiring his students to take action. Too often, we discover information but fail to use it.

I'm guilty of that. Often I'll think "I'll do that later", but "later" like "tomorrow", never comes.

Money Likes Speed, and that's true. You need to just get on and do things instead of thinking about them too much. Alex Jeffreys advises us not to worry about getting it right but just to get going. He's good.

So, back to this competition. The prize will go to the student who can get the most traffic to their blog in a 2 week period and they must PROVE it via Google analytics, as well as write about how they are doing it on their blog.

Now, you might wonder why anyone would want to give their fellow competitors details about how they are generating traffic - the lifeblood of any internet marketing business. The answer is simply this. You can't be a taker in a land of givers and there's plenty of traffic to go round.

With his coaching program, Alex is building a community. We support each other, and yes, we may be competitors, but we are also friends.

There are many who are complete beginners and realistically there is little chance of them winning the competition, BUT by detailing the steps on the blogs, the other students will be able to check them out and LEARN what to do. If they can't implement the strategies and ideas then the other students in the course will HELP them.

It's a Win-Win situation!

Alex is smart, he knows the content will add value to our sites and attract more traffic, which is; after all, the purpose of the competition. The posts will help not only the students but also anyone else who lands on the blogs because they will give value.

More importantly, for the students at least, the prize is enough incentive to encourage everyone to take action.

The most significant thing for me though is it will continue to forge friendships in what I KNOW will be a force to be reckoned with. In years to come, as Alex continues with future students, I have no doubt there will be thousands proudly declaring "I'm an AJ".

Yes, until the end of the competition, we students will all be very busy. At times, we'll wonder if it's worth the effort and how on earth we'll ever be able to fit everything in, BUT we all have our own reasons for being here, our own personal dreams and goals.

At the end of the day, it's true - When the prize is right - The price is cheap!
