Adhai-din ka Jhonpra:
This is another exquisite example of Indo-Islamic architecture located on the outskirts of the town which was designed by Abu Bakr of Heart. The mosque is believed to have been built in two and a half days which named it Adhai-din. This was originally a Sanskrit College before Mohammad Ghori transformed the building into a mosque in 1198 AD. The mosque is famous for small arches built in yellow limestone which reflects the ancient Arabian style of constructions.

Mayo College:
It was founded in 1875 as a school for Indian princes and its first pupil was the Maharaja of AlwarThis is among the finest schools in India which was founded by the British Viceroy Lord Mayo. It is also one of the prominent educational institutions of India and compared with Eton of the East.
