There are some protection plans that play an important role in the upkeep of your air conditioning system. These can be easily accomplished through some inspections to the most important parts of the system. For this you should call your technician. They will allow for maintenance process that will save your system.

There are various types of problems that may occur at any time. Some of the most common problems include:

When air conditioner does not switch on: This may be a problem that you need to be solved.

When air conditioner does not cool: Sometimes an air conditioner does run but it does not cool the place need to be cleaned.

You should follow some basic guidelines to solve these types of problems.
Firstly turn off the power to the unit. Also shut off the air conditioner's 240-volt circuit at the main electrical panel.

Keep debris away from the outdoor condenser..Trim any bushes that may block airflow.

Then remove protective grilles and the top cover from the compressor. Be careful not to pull any wires loose if the fan is attached to the grille.
Use a soft brush to clean debris from the fins, and then vacuum the fins with a brush attachment.

From inside the unit, use a hose and nozzle with a trigger-grip to spray debris from the fins.

After this rebuild the unit.

Turn off the thermostat and reset the power by the compressor and the main panel to test it. After this turn the thermostat on. Wait for five minutes between turning it off at the thermostat and turning it back on to avoid straining an air conditioner's compressor.
Now run it for a few minutes, and then feel the two pipes that connect to the condenser unit on the air handler. One should feel warm, the other cool.
