Ahmedabad - A Memorable City Of India

Also known as Karnavati or Amdavad, Ahmedabad is situated along the beautiful river Sabarmati. Visitors throng to this city to enjoy the festival, holidays and be part of the celebrations. There is much to see and do while in Ahmedabad. Antique mosques, temples and fortresses are the main attraction for tourists. Visitors like to visit derasa Hutheesingh, Jumma Masjid, and famous Sabarmati Ashram. The latter is now a national pilgrimage site was the hub for the release movement in India. Mahatma Ganghi fondly known as Bapu lived here from 1917 to 1930. It was a human laboratory where the Mahatma could test their hypotheses moral and religious.
