The first thing you have to do is to examine your fears. You need to discover what is the thing that scares you so much. The insecurity or uncertainty of something is the cause of many fears. In order to find a solution, you have to be sincere with yourself.

Fears, big or small, can seem a lot much worse if we have to face them alone. This is why its better to share them with others. Its not a shame to have fears. There is no person who doesnt have fears. Share your fears with somebody close to you! Nobody will think less of you, if you share your thoughts.
