Advantages Of Using Golf Carts

By:

Like a lot of people who love to play golf, you probably really enjoy being out in the sun and the smell of fresh grass and flowers. You enjoy the time you can have to relax, take a break from work and from the kids (at least for an afternoon). Some of the things you might not enjoy are the long distances you have to walk in the heat of the day. This can especially be a problem if you are morbidly obese, handicapped in some other way, or are playing golf with someone who is. To avoid these inconveniences and limitations to the amount of bliss and happiness that can be felt on your special day, try taking a golf cart for a spin. As you move from hole to hole you can transport yourself and those with you quickly and comfortably.

It is important to realize that, although most people only view golf carts as only being useful on a golf course, they may forget that many of them are street legal and are an excellent mode of transportation in many circumstances. Also, many people aren't aware that, even though the gas powered ones are very fuel efficient, there is an even more environmentally safe electric powered version that is now available to the public.

Once you've decided which golf cart to purchase according to your economic needs and the needs of your conscience to safe the earth, it's time to take it to town (or the golf course, as it were). The most intriguing way to begin your day of golfing is the drive on any back roads that you can in order to take the longest possible route and get the most wind in your hair. This will freshen you up and increase your senses and mental quickness which will increase your game play.

Another important feature to have on your golf cart in order to increase your abilities is to have room enough for two golf club bags. Once you begin to play a caddie is a good option for a partner because he can give you suggestions for which club to use in which situation. The good thing about having an extra set of clubs is if the caddie gives you one suggestion and it doesn't work, you can try the same type of club but from your other set to see if it makes a difference. The only problem with this is that you can't take the exact shot over again, nor would you want to. But, it can still make you feel good with future usage if you have been playing poorly up to a certain point.

Another thing that can make you feel good when you're playing poorly is throwing your current club straight to the ground, against a tree, against your golf cart, or against your caddie. Although this, again, might not truly effect your game play directly, it is definitely a stress reliever and a good release for frustration. Plus, if you choose the option of hitting your caddie, this means that you can blame him rather than yourself which is a way to maintain your cockiness and pride and a high level of play. All of these things are most effectively done when you have an extra set of clubs so that, even if you bend your nine iron, you have another one to fall back on.
