i. Take out the smoking cover, water pan and cooking grate. Place at least 20 briquettes and load it to the firebox which is located under the smoker then ignite it.

Initially, you will take at least 2-3 cups of wood chips and then soak the wood chips into the water for an hour prior to start smoking.
