Being an adult and still having to deal with those awful blotches on your face is embarrassing to say the least. In this article I am going to give you a resolution that worked for me, as well as for numerous others around the world. I cannot personally take the credit for this strategy, however I can share my experiences with you which is outstanding.

Products that contain the following ingredients are an excellent source of a natural cure for acne:

*Tea Tree oil - contains an anti-bacterial ingredient that helps eliminate acne.

*Green Tea extract - consuming green tea can help detoxify your body of toxins that cause acne.

White vinegar - Pat the acne infected area of skin with a cotton pad soaked in white vinegar. Leave it on the skin for about 10 minutes and then rinse it off gently with cool water.

Lemon Juice - Apply to the areas affected by spots, pimples and other skin conditions. Leave it on the skin for up to ten minutes and then rinse it off with cool water. Other citrus juices can be used, you can dilute them if they cause a stinging sensation. The solution will also work as a natural exfoliator rubbing off dead skin tissue.

One other process that is a great natural acne cure is to mix shredded radish, lemon juice and buttermilk and put this concoction on the face.

Keep the paste on your face for an hour and once it is dry, use lukewarm water to remove it. It is advisable that you use this paste on a daily basis as this paste clears your skin and decreases the oily nature of your skin. Constant use will keep your skin healthy and reduce acne formation.

Tea tree oil and neem extract - these natural acne cures are solutions that can be bought from pharmacies. Useful content: antibacterial and antimicrobial agents. Nettle leaves - this one should not be directly applied to the skin. This can be used as tea or in pill form. Pour boiling water over the leaves. Let it soak for 5 minutes and then drink with honey or lemon. Useful content: anti-inflammatory properties.
