Adsense Success Depends On These Three Requirements

By:

An ever increasing number of people are joining the online marketing field as the days go by. A big reason for such an avalanche in numbers is AdSense, Google's absolutely profitable pay per click (PPC) program that allows website owners from all over the globe to show contextually relevant ads on their content pages, and earn some cash every time a browser clicks on an ad.

In this day and age, people who previously avoided the internet like the plague have started to create content websites that attract ads which are organically relevant to the subject of their web pages. As such, visitors are more likely to click on these ads, and the webmasters can start profiting from such.

Bear in mind though, not all website operators can be triumphant with PPC programs like the aforementioned system.

Many webmasters owners aren't able to take advantage of the three critical requisites of Google AdSense success. What are these components?

1.Cost per click (CPC). With AdSense being a PPC program, your earnings would naturally depend on the price of each click. The ability to choose keywords that garner high prices from AdSense would most definitely open the doors for maximum earnings from this undertaking. You can get 100 clicks every 24 hours, just to illustrate, but if every ad only pays $0.01 per click, you'd only have $1 as your trophy for the day. However, if an ad pays, say $0.15 per click, that's an automatic $15 for a 24 hour period, which is excellent for one website. Hence, just think, if an ad is worth $1 or $2 per click. You would've struck a goldmine, right? Discovering CPC isn't really simple. The surest way is to create an account over at www.google.com/adwords. Check out the bids for particular keywords that come to mind. This will give you an idea how much an ad is worth.

2.Traffic. Traffic is the life stream of any online venture, AdSense-enrolled websites not excluded. You have to generate traffic - lots and lots of traffic - to generate some clicks - lots and lots of clicks. You can use tried and tested internet marketing tactics for such purposes, of course.

3.Click through rate (CTR). The CTR pertains to the number of people who really click on the ads that appear on your web pages. Your goal is to get a high CTR to profit with AdSense. A high CTR can be gained by attracting the right ads per web page - which in turn can be accomplished with dedicated content and proper keyword usage - and the correct placement of the ads on the layout of each web page.
