Adhd Behavior Can Be Turned Around

By:

There are often misdiagnoses of ADHD. This means that children who do not have 'true' ADHD but whose behavioural symptoms score high on assessment tests like 'Connor's Scale', still often get labelled with ADHD. When medication (which can have damaging side effects), is administered in these cases it can often have no effect or even worsen the already challenging symptoms. There can be all kinds of reasons for these behavioural issues which can range from dietary sensitivity to being unable to handle emotional issues in their life. The accurate diagnosis is what is questionable here and places important emphasis on what can be done naturally to support these behavioural problems.

I discovered something amazing. A child can benefit enormously from colour therapy. A useful tool was to colour in patterns' with children and interpret the colours that they use and the way they go about the pattern as an interpretation into their learning personality. By using light and colour equipment in a special way known as 'rainbow journey', I was able to evolve a formula for identifying colour diet deficiency. We all need colour. As the coloured light travels down the optic nerve, it is split triggering different circuits and hormones in the brain. Sometimes these colour triggers are deficient, a little bit like the seasonal affective disorder, whereby people are known to go into depression a certain times of the year because these brain hormones are out of balance.

The brain's chemicals play a part in ADHD Behavior in ways that are not fully understood. The chemicals in the brain can cause emotional and behavior problems. Therefore it is very interesting to note the improvements in young people who have challenging behaviour and who show improvements in their behaviour when working with the Rainbow Journey.

The colour essences proved a great success in modifying the behavior of the youngsters involved.

Ultra Violet light can be very effective in small doses. After a 10 minute session they would typically return to class in a more focused and attentive way. The Ultra Violet passing through the pineal gland simulates the UV in early morning sunlight which activates serotonin the feel good brain hormone. Light in the end of the day has more more of the infra red spectrum triggering the production of the hormone melatonin getting us ready for sleep.

This cycle is what is compromised in so many ADHD behaviours.
