It is very convenient if you have a treadmill or some other form of exercise equipment at your home. You can open the windows for fresh air and start to exercise.

Exercising first thing will do a lot for your bodys metabolism. Your day will go better as you feel refreshed. You can have a shower after and then spend some time reading and meditating.

Doing this will make your morning routine a lot easier. You can have a fast-food that is easy. Enjoy a convenient piece of fruit while you are taking some time to start your day.

It is very relaxing if you also have just one piece of fruit at a time and just focus on the beauty, taste, and texture of a fruit after you exercise. There is no rush as you can also take some time to meditate for a few minutes before you have your next item of fruit.

Let your appetite be your guide. You can have each type of fruit throughout the morning as you feel like it.
