About Angelina Jole And Her Accomplishments

Angelina Jole is one of the world's most well-known actresses today with acclaimed roles in Girl, Interrupted, George Wallace, and Gia. As a winner of several awards such as the Golden Globe Awards, the Screen Actors Guild Awards, and an Academy Award, it is no wonder that her popularity as an actress and ambassador for humanitarian causes has skyrocketed.

Angelina is one of the offspring of the talented Jon Voight, an actor in his own right, who introduced her to acting at a tender age when he starred with her in 1995 in Lookin' to Get Out. This then led to bigger roles which she experienced in the movie, Hackers, where she met her first husband, Jonny Lee Miller. Her growth as an actress was speedy as she garnered an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress in Girl, Interrupted.

Her roles have been quite diverse over her career with her major ones in Mr. And Mrs. Smith, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, and her voice-over in Kung Fu Panda. More prominent roles that have gotten her recognition are in The Changeling and in A Mighty Heart.

The personal life of Jolie has also made her quite popular, with her tumultuous relationships with then husbands Billy Bob Thornton and Jonny Lee Miller. In recent years, Jolie has chosen to focus on her role as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador as well as to grow her family. With actor, Brad Pitt, she has already adopted three children: Maddox from Cambodia; Zahara from Ethiopoia; and Pax from Vietnam. She and Brad also have three biological children of their own, namely, Shiloh and twins, Vivienne and Knox.

With the world watching her every move, Angelina Jole still continues to shine as an actress, a humanitarian, and a mother. If there was ever a life well lived, then Jolie can be one of the best examples of a life lived to its fullest.
