The next exercise you will need to get rock hard abs is a type of modifed crunch. You need to use an exercise ball. Place the mid part of your body on the ball while your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are slightly bent. The action is a crunch motion. You need to move your upper body like a crunch while keeping your neck from moving.

Using the ball again, you are now going to do a modified push up. Now straddle your feet on the exercise ball. Use your legs to squeeze the ball and start movign it back and forth.
