Lift up your torso off the fitness ball by contracting your abs as you breathe out. Your muscles of the lower back should maintain contact with the Swiss ball at all times.

Ensure that the fitness ball does not roll while you curl up. Bring down your torso back down and stretch your stomach muscles a bit by laying back on the fitness ball. Repeat this ab exercise for 15 to 20 reps. Schedule about 2-3 sets every other day.
