Magdalena Bay just a little off the coast of Los Cabos is the best place to go whale watching for the mothers and their young. San Ignacio is equally as famous for whale watching but there is a higher possibility of seeing the whales in Los Cabos than any other location in Baja especially during the peak season from the end of December to the end of March. Whale watching tours make sure strict rules and guidelines are followed in order to ensure that the whales are not harmed.
