A more accurate and descriptive explanation would be that he used some type of hammer device and broke each wisdom tooth into smaller parts that could then be pulled out. When I had my wisdom teeth removal procedure done, it was my nightmare of all times. 30 years later, the process still needs to be done, but through Wisdom Teeth Only facilities, the process is handled in a dentist's chair and your back on your feet in no time.
