The staff is very important part of the office and they should well conversant and polite. The work efficiency is a must besides mannerisms. In coming years offices will become more high tech well equipped with modern devices.

In times of economical stress an office becomes part of business strategy as well. Small compact office with lean staff makes sense for small business. All cost cutting measures should be in place including buying supplies in wholesale. Many large corporations have started outsourcing back office work to BPO"s in order to reduce work load and costs.
