A Website And Selling On The Www Just Is Not For Everyone Using Ifws Really Could Be.

There comes a time in everyones life when their body and mind just have to have a change. My time came during Chistmas of 07.I decided my tired old body was done with OTR trucking.I loved the freedom but it's a young mans game

Two days after Christmas I called the company I leased my equipment to and told them I was done. I wished them luck and they did so for me in return. I was sixty at the time and in just a month and some days would be sixty one. I couldn't retire in the normal sense of the word but I could afford to try and do what I wanted for a change.

Thinking back I beleive what I subconsciously wanted to do was stay the heck home after almost 3 million miles of driving. The Idea of working on the computer seemed to be the answer. I didn't believe the hyped up stories but I did believe a living of some kind could be made online working from home too. Besides it looked kinda easy to do.

So like tens of thousands of other people I began searching the internet for something that looked good. And just like tens of thousands of other people I tried several programs that at the moment seemed promising. Yes,each and everyone came with its own set of promises. They were promises left largely unfullfilled.

I spent hundreds and made not a dime. I spent 10 and more hours day after day and made exactly nothing. This working from home thing was not as easy as I thought it might be, not by a longshot.

All, though was not lost. It seemed having a website is the key to success. So I learned to build simple sites and monetize them. Actually I was just paying my own way but I was simply working to long and to hard to settle for that. What I had not learned was obvious. Just because I built a store that did not mean they would come. They stayed away in droves for the most part. I was panicking just a little by this point.

What I hadn't learned and did not know how to do was promote my work from home business. That is the single most important aspect when it comes to selling anything online. No customers enter and no sales are made. That is an internet guarantee. There are things that appear to be just so simple in reality they just are not.

So I spent more money on a course or two that was alledged to make promoting a bit easier. It did, but I just wasn't good with it. I Lost a lot of money on PPC and some other forms of advertising too. In the beginning I ignored article marketing for traffic because I don't care all that much for writing and it shows.

With all of these experiences under my belt. Completely full of distrust for almost anything I found on the www. I began for the last time to look for some way of paying my bills, just paying the bills. I didn't actually need much there was plenty of mad money. I didn't need a lot of that either. The house and car are paid for. So utilities, upkeep, some insurance and taxes and groceries was all I needed. Those and a big chunk for the daughters college too. All totaled up, $1600 a month would do nicely. There just had to be a way to make that little bit of money online and still working from home.

As luck would have it. I was talking with a lady friend, she had a friend whos' friends friend was making a few thousand a month doing surveys and offers off of freebie websites. Well casting pride aside I dove in with both feet.

I hated doing the surveys, because I ended up chasing friends and family just to complete these offers and I still wasn't making anything near what I needed. Then too I was still working 8 or 10 hours most days.

Again as luck would have it. I believe it was labor day last year that I went to the lady friends to swim and cook out. Thats when I met that friend of a friends friend and a really nice gal too. I told her she was the reason I was doing surveys and such off the IFW websites. As we talked I admitted I was not having her success.

She just smiled and said very matter of factly that " I was doing them wrong"! Then of course I said oh yeah! How do you know that? She said "You're not having success and or fun". She, Nancy by this time was right of course. I was not having either of those.

During the next several hours Nancy explained to me how, why I wasn't succeeding and that there is a right and wrong way to use Incentivized Freebie Websites. With some coaxing Nancy finally did explain where to go along with what to do and exactly how to do it. Nancy sent me on my way with a ton of information and her phone number incase I needed help. I didn't but we still compare notes etc.

Today I make much more than my minimum needs. I do it in less than 4 hours and 5 days. I do it without a website.I like it and its easy too. I don't sell anything and I don't advertise. I don't have hosting costs, or costs for fancy software programs. I don't read ebooks trying to find answers. If there is a problem related to selling off of a website I frankly don't have it. It is so wonderful to be that free. No, using IFWs will not ever make me a rich man. No, I don't wake up in the morning $100 or more dollars richer. But if it matters I could easily fire my boss today if I still had one.

I quickly discovered there is a right and wrong way to use IFWs. Nancy was right after all. Do them right and the money comes almost accidentally. Anyone and everyone can catch up their bills and learn to make a very good living working from home with these sites. There is just no reason to leave all that money on the table.I don't anymore.
