A Way To Block Facebook At College!

Are you going to college and are you not in a position to access Myspace or other social network sites like Facebook or Hi5? Do you need to gain access so you may use theses sites for networking, talking, downloading games, videos, and music, or for other reasons? There are a couple of ways to get round the block that your High School, university, or University has put on these sites. Here is the easiest way to unblock Myspace.

First, there is a simple way and it will rely on how your school's privacy settings are set up. If they set up the settings with Internet Explorer, then there is a good likelihood that they will not effect you if you use different web browser. You can use Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or another Internet browser and you could be able to access Myspace, Facebook, Hi5, and lots of other sites that were blocked when you used web explorer.

This is the easiest way to unblock myspace, so try it first. When this does not work, then you know your PC people are good and they have blocked it regardless of which browser you use. There is an alternate way, though.

Second, you may use what is known as a proxy server. This is largely a site that is set up to act like the face for your perusing. When you go to an internet site through an intermediary web server you are actually not using your school's servers so you will not be blocked from viewing a site that the school has blocked. This is the best way to find a way around the block and use Myspace and other sites at school.

You will have to enroll and most proxy web servers are free, but some will charge a little charge. Then, you can simply access their index page and type in the site you wish to go to, like myspace.com.
