Because normal antivirus products won't detect such malware, so I can but recommend you to use such program.

If you want to, you can manually clean your PC from Antispyware Soft. I don't recommend this solution if you are inexperienced with computers. Because you can end up compromising even more your PC than actually cleaning it fully. So what you should have in mind regarding those malware is to be careful whenever you do surf the Web so you're not going to get infected by such a threat.
