Cardio is important for your heart, which is the engine driving the flushing system of your body, that all-important end step in weight loss. So many activities could be considered cardio, not just running or swimming or biking! Consider gardening or dancing along to the radio. Take exercise seriously in your life. We humans were designed to be active. Only in the past century have we become these sloppy sedentary sloths thanks to all our great new helpful technology.
