Finally, working out appears to be more dangerous than going on a diet because there's a chance that accidents or injuries might happen to you. However, even when you can manage to exercise, its still not guaranteed that you will get your best shape if after exercising, you eat hamburgers, pizzas, cupcakes while you're watching TV.

Yes, youll receive the best result when combining the two of them. Even if you dont do each of them perfectly, if combined, they'll bring great results to you. A half decent diet plan put together with 30-minute workout each day is enough. This formula has worked extremely well for me.
